ROBERT L. JUSTUS AUTHOR PHOTO AND BIO
Robert L. Justus has lived most of his adult life in the St. Joseph, Missouri area. He worked for a full service com-pany called Mass Merchandisers Co. for twenty years, serving as supervisor for the last eight years. The company down-sized and restructured, so he took an early retirement.
He went on to work as General Manager for a chain of Convenient Food Mart stores in the St. Joseph area for two and a half years. His wife of thirty years owned and operated one of the four locations.
He worked for eighteen years for a subsidiary of Associated Wholesale Grocers called Valu Merchandisers Co. as a Specialty Food Merchandiser. His territory covered parts of Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska.
He retired in December of 2012.
His hobbies are golf, music, oil painting (which he learned from watch-ing Bob Ross), and now writing.

A young woman is found dead in the wooded area of one of the local parks and Detective Robb Jensen is assigned to the case.
